Always a friendly, very professional place of business

I called having a lot of pain in one of my molars. They worked me into an already busy day. They took X-rays. Dr Ben asked me a few questions and said your nerve in tooth 19 is done. I need a root canal. He then referred me to Wichita Endodontics - East and they worked me into their schedule within a few days. Thank you so much for your prompt response and pleasant professional staff and Dr Ben for knowing what the problem was and helping me get the right clinic to fix my tooth!!

Rivertstone was great from my 1st phone call.
I had an emergency yesterday 5/11/2026 got told from my regular dentist of many yrs that my new insurance would not be accepted so I had to in a state of panic find a new dentist!
So glad I did!! I was immediately treated with respect, kindness, and value. I showed up today and staff was absolutely warm and inviting. Met Dr and he was also very warm and concerned. I had a great experience visiting and getting service at Riverstone today that I have to leave a review. Thank you all so much I know I made the right choice choosing my new dentist!

Once there found out he can't fix my toothpain which is very severe. But was helpful to refer me to another dentist in the next state about 1.5 hr drive from my town that will take my Medicare Ins.
I was devastated I couldn't get relief today.

I love getting my teeth cleaned. I had a new dental hygienist today she was different than Valerie. She did a pretty good job but seemed a little hesitant to get in there and scrap the tarter off my teeth. She will be fine she’s pretty new. Dr. Ben was so nice and thorough.

The staff and Dr are really great people always happy to help. I recently had a root canal and cap put on. The Dr did an amazing job I had no pain and he was done in no time at all. I use to dread going to the dentist, but I love it at Riverstone Family Dental.

Julie is a great hygienist who makes me very comfortable while cleaning my teeth. I hate bitewing X-rays and she gets them done as quickly as possible. Dr. Pieper is a kind and caring dentist always putting his patients needs first. Kelly is always smiling and kind from the moment you walk in the door. They are just the best!

They have been wonderful to work with our busy schedules. Honest and wonderful. We had been told our daughter needed lots of dental work at another dentist and they checked her over really good and she only need a little work. Very happy with the entire staff.

They were very nice when I first got there and explain the price and the family plan that they had and then when I went back to see the doctor he explained everything to me step-by-step what he was going to do we’ve been kind of watched a little bit of TV together waiting for my mouth to numb LOL

Quick to return my call and make my appointment. I needed a crown and was worried about pain from my broken tooth. Dr. Pieper saw me very quickly to access the damage and to ensure I didn't have issues with pain, which I really appreciated.

I’m not what you call a scary cat at going to the dentist, but almost! I have been going to see Dr Pieter for a few years now. The staff are excellent, friendly, and caring! The assistant even cleaned my glasses. Doctor doesn’t push his desires on what he wants to do with my teeth. He listens to his patients! He also tells me if I need a brake when he is working in my mouth to just raise my left hand!
